Our high intensity BOOTCAMP workout combines the best elements of resistance training and cardiovascular endurance in a virtual group class setting. Each session is designed to enable you to increase your strength and aerobic capacity while having lots of fun!
Looking for an overall mix of strength & conditioning workout? This class will be perfect for you to get a good balance of both!
Our STRENGTH class is targeted at improving your weightlifting techniques & building lean muscle mass for you to get the definitions you’ve always been looking for!
Minimal equipment required, suggested equipment:
- Training Mat
- Dumbbells (if you have) or Water Bottles – weight varies depending on the session
- Backpack (fill them with weights such as water bottles, books, canned items etc.)
- Chair/ Bench
