EMPIRE FIT CLUB

Empire Fit Club is a bootcamp fitness program and also a strength & Conditioning program that trains from beginners into higher level athletes. We have programs for people who start their first-time fitness, sliming, and people who wants to muscle up their body.

It is a functional training exercise that has many ways and method such as body weight, circuit training, HIIIT training, lifting, and also cardio all combine together to make an effective training. We wants to make people who trains with us achieve their goal effectively.

Our story began in 2014. At the time, Elbert was inspired to bring his US Marine background to Indonesia. It started in Senayan baseball court and immediately people attracted to this boot camp style type of workout.

In 2016, we decided to renew our program into safer philosophy which allows more people to join our training

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

We are passionate on what we do. We emphasise the community aspect with fun and effective exercise. We also have some of the best trainers in Indonesia that are willing to help every members to achieve their goals strictly and also have understanding of their capacity that will be implemented on the training. Discovering something new and practice them right away is one of our method as well to seek for the most effective ways of training. It is what we do to develop more effectively.

EMPIRE

TYPE OF WORKOUT

BEGINNER TO FITNESS (60 mins)

An introductory class into the Empire way of training. This is the perfect gateway to your newly launched fitness journey where our team of coaches will guide you through a low-to-moderate intensity movements in order for you to achieve a strong fundamental foundation. You will be able to move at a pace created for you as we make an athlete out of you in no time.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (60 mins)

A combination of physical exercises to improve our body’s strength and endurance. By training simple weight training and endurance training in a high intensity and safe environment, we can ensure that our athletes are able to burn fat and build lean muscle.

FIT EXPRESS (45 mins)

An express strength & conditioning class for those who want to workout during lunch break

HIIT (60 mins)

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
