BOOTCAMP (SIGNATURE) is a 60 minutes high intensity workout combining the best elements of resistance training and cardiovascular endurance in a group class setting. By utilising the entire 400m grounds as a fitness playground, each session is designed to enable you to increase your strength and aerobic capacity while having lots of fun!

Looking for an overall mix of strength & conditioning workout? This class will be perfect for you to get a good balance of both!

BOOTCAMP (SAVAGE) is one of Empire Fit Club’s advanced classes that will improve both your aerobic and anaerobic fitness capacity.

This class focuses on high intensity strength & conditioning designed to challenge specific fitness area, such as strength, power, speed, endurance or combination of it in every session.

Enjoy weightlifting? This class will challenge you in both your strength & weightlifting techniques in the first half of the class, followed by a spicy metabolic conditioning finish.

CORE & GLUTES is focused on strengthening and activating the gluten and core muscles, as well as conditioning them to increase power, endurance and mobility.

Each class will be broken down to help you improve your performance rate and learn different techniques such as resistance band training, strength movements, eliminating imbalances, increasing mobility and power.

Looking for an extra boost for your abs & booty? This class will be perfect to help you build the strength in those areas.

BOOTCAMP (HIIT THE OBSTACLES) is a high intensity class that will have you jumping, running and moving in all directions.

Focusing on stamina and endurance, this work out features variations of our warrior obstacle course circuits, combined with dynamic movements off the course and is sure to have your heart pumping!

Looking to switch up your training routine, or get started on obstacle course training/racing? This class will be sure to challenge you in ways you’ve never had before – while enjoying the beautiful rice field views right at our own backyard!

BOOTCAMP (STRONGMAN) is similar to Bootcamp (Signature) and uses equipment such as prowlers, sledgehammers, sleds, heavy weights and medicine balls.

Our Strongman class will utilise partner workouts formats AMRAPs or As Many Reps As Possible and EMOMs or Every Minute On the Minute to increase your strength and aerobic capacity!

Looking to unleash your strength? This class will be perfect for you to push past your limits in lifting heavy!

BOOTCAMP (ENDURANCE) is primarily focused on raising your heart rate.

Along with longer runs around the 400m terrain and short sprint intervals, the class will also use cardio machines such as the air runner, air dyne bikes, rowers and ski erg.

Looking to increase your stamina & endurance? Hang in there – as we take you on a long ride while you enjoy the rice field views.

BOOTCAMP (BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH): is resistance training with your own bodyweight (Basic Level Calisthenics). It is designed to improve your strength, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, and aerobic conditioning – all the skills that you need to help master your own body.

The fundamental goal of Calisthenics is mastering control over lifting and moving your body in space.

Always wanted to master your own body weight with movements such as push ups, pull ups and more? This class will be perfect for you to build the progression you need to get there!

BOOTCAMP (POWER CIRCUIT) is a high intensity interval based training such as TABATA or Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM). It includes 6 to 10 work stations per class where you will work either as individuals, or teams in circuits with short periods of rest to keep your heart rate and metabolism high; from this training, you will still burn fat even after the work out is done.

If you like a good mix of high intensity interval training, this class will have you pumping from station to station with little rest in between!

ZEN & UNWIND YOGA

ZEN & UNWIND focuses on lengthening and stretching in a restorative way. We will work into the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility, reducing injuries. The class will include elements of Yin and Restorative Yoga as well as breathing techniques and relaxation.
