Dear Warriors,

In light of the ongoing global health concerns, Empire Fit Club Bali would like to take the extra precautionary measures to ensure your safety, good health & hygiene for both you & our beloved community!

To continue to create a pleasant workout experience for everyone, we seek your understanding and help in up-keeping our new gym policy:

  • *Empire Kill Boxes*: All participants of our classes (first-come-first-serve for the first 25 pax) will be entitled to your own workout kill box, where you will have your own set of workout equipment and space – cleaned and sanitised prior to use, and after the class. There will be NO sharing of equipment / space. Please be considerate to others while working out. DO NOT touch/step inside the boxes of others.

 

  • *Workout Time*: Our class sessions will be kept between 40-50 minutes to allow for sufficient time to clean thoroughly between classes.

 

  • *Health & Travel Declaration*: All new participants at Empire will have to declare their previous travel records.
    • Existing members: If you have recently travelled in & out of Bali in the last 14 days, you are required to fill in the form again as well so we can track the in/out of our members.

 

  • *Designated Workout Areas & Equipment*: Specially for Open Gym members to prevent the sharing of the equipment in classes.

 

  • *Sanitary Measures*: We are still increasing the number of hospital-grade alcohol stands, hand sanitisers, antiseptic wipes available on-site. By next week, our staff will all be wearing masks, and disposable gloves during working hours.

 

  • *No shared usage of water cooler*: You are highly encouraged to bring your own water bottles, or purchase the water at the gym. There will no longer be water coolers provided.

 

  • *Infrared Temperature Screening & Logging*: Coming soon – to be reviewed depending on the situation. Meanwhile, we have a thermometer available for your use upon request.

This class focuses on high intensity strength & conditioning designed to challenge specific fitness area, such as strength, power, speed, endurance or combination of it in every session.

Enjoy weightlifting? This class will challenge you in both your strength & weightlifting techniques in the first half of the class, followed by a spicy metabolic conditioning finish.

Looking to switch up your training routine, or get started on obstacle course training/racing? This class will be sure to challenge you in ways you’ve never had before – while enjoying the beautiful rice field views right at our own backyard!
